Personal Training

Whether it’s a race of any kind, weight loss or just wanting to feel better our Personal Training staff can assist in what you need. Each session lasts 55 minutes.

Our goal is to make each session a productive next step to your goals, in a fun and non-intimidating environment.

Personal Training includes but is not limited to:

  • Cardio programming
  • Weight training programs
  • Weight measurement and tracking
  • Body composition measurement and tracking
  • Online access to http://www.trainingpeaks.com

One-on-one Personal Training costs:

  • $79 per session
  • 10 pack for $750
