Personal Training

Whether it’s a race of any kind, weight loss or just wanting to feel better our Personal Training staff can assist in what you need. Each session lasts 55 minutes.

Our goal is to make each session a productive next step to your goals, in a fun and non-intimidating environment.

Personal Training includes but is not limited to:

  • Cardio programming
  • Weight training programs
  • Weight measurement and tracking
  • Body composition measurement and tracking
  • Online access to http://www.trainingpeaks.com

One-on-one Personal Training costs:

  • $79 per 60 min session
  • 10 pack- 60 min sessions for $750
  • 5 pack -60 min sessions for $385
  • 6 pack- 45 min sessions for $300

Group Personal Training

Do you have a few friends that you would like to train with?  Set up time that works for your small group.  Our trainers will focus on your group needs and goals.  Cost goes like this: $79 base rate (60 min) for each additional person, add $10 and then, divide the total by the number of people.  Example: 3 people = $79 +20 = $99 divide by 3 and each persons cost is $33.  Easy smeaszy.
